 Prepared the Proger Monthly Interim payment Application (IPA) and Verification of Monthly Interim payment Application (IPA) received from PMC’s, Design Consultant, AMC & Main Contractors.  Preparing the Preliminary Cost Estimates for Art work Installation.  Preparing the Cost comparison sheet of the Design Consultant Quotation.  Preparing tender documentation, including bills of quantities, and assist in the tendering process (RFP, RFQ).  Evaluate contractor bids (PQ) and provide recommendations to the project team.  Coordinating with Artwork Transportation bidder.  Preparing the Cost comparisons sheet of Transportation of Select Artwork from the pickup location to a warehouse in Saudi Arabia.  Identifying potential cost-saving measures without compromising project quality.  Preparing Different Kinds of documents as per Management requirements.  Prepare the Rough Order of Magnitude cost with Benchmark Reference.  Preparing the Bill of Quantities for Art work installation including landscaping, roads, and utilities.  Identify potential cost-saving measures without compromising project quality.  Attend, contribute and minute meetings. Carry out site visits/ inspections. Working across a number of different projects where applicable.  Coordinated with the Contractors to clarify the Tender Quarries.

 Prepared the AL-Hamdan Monthly Interim payment Application (IPA)  Verify and approve Civil & MEP Contractors’ Monthly invoices (IPA).  Ensure completeness and validity of all contractual requirements related to invoices.  Daily monitor the contractor’s progress including materials delivery & installation, labor resources employed, equipment resources utilized, and other statistical management.  Quantity estimates for Forecast progress payment purposes.  Advice on contractual matters related to financial issues.  Coordinating all Discipline engineers to Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly inspection reports.  Maintaining the list of Cost saving Log.  Maintaining Monthly Invoice Log.  Review the variation orders and submit to management.

 Prepared the BACS Monthly Interim payment Application (IPA) and takes approval from RMTC .  Prepares Quantity Sheet / MTO (Material take off) of Structural, Architectural Finishes, Roads, Hard and soft landscaping with an irrigation system from drawings of all Materials individually in detailed summary format and it includes the item description, calculations, drawing references and notes (remark) in excel as per requirement.  Calculate the daily base quantities done at site as per drawings and update all progress reports.  Prepares the productivity report against the manpower as per the activity.  Prepare the Monthly Invoice and Follow up with the Client/consultant site team for approval of both civil & MEPF.  Verify and approve subcontractor Monthly invoice.  Analytical skills like Measurement accuracy, Ability to Study all the conditions and scope of work of the Contract to be executed. Check all commercial clauses of the contract. terms of payment, advance payment, variations, re-measurable, etc.  Prepares all back charges including manpower, Equipment & materials.  Leads all kinds of meeting like Forecast progress plan, Equipment forecast, Manpower forecast  Preparing and submit all Civil and MEPF Progress reports.  Assist the project manager in identifying changes in scope and variations.  Identify the work and estimate all rework hours required to complete the job and maintain Rework Log.  Arrange the meeting and sort the work delay issues internal and subcontractor.  Maintain the site equipment record.  Provide and Guide to timekeeper about the cost code of each activity and identifying rework.
