London                   Project Director / Developer

We’ve been retained by a well known Developer, whom have asked us to identify a Project Director to run numerous projects around the capital. Our client is purely residential focussed, so we are eager to speak with either current Project Directors, or senior Project Managers, that have multiple years’ experience of working in the London residential sector.

It’s imperative that you can show a demonstratable track record of projects successfully completed across London.

Whilst our client recognises, and encourages, formal qualifications, they are equally attracted with a hands on, no nonsense attitude to pushing projects to completion.

It’s unlikely that you’ll have less than twenty years commercial experience for this role.

Our client is being led by the market on remuneration, but a full and proper package will be incorporated.
